The most successful people on the planet are accountable for honoring their own words. As we work together, we will create the habit of celebrating your wins while also holding you accountable as you begin to move closer to the direction of your aims. This involves pushing you to overcome any perceived limitations and fear-based beliefs that you aren’t enough. This accountability can support you to move forward as you get clear about what you truly want to do. It also can help you to see what you aren't willing to do or not do in regards to your goals.
I will consistently hold a sacred space for you where there is no judgement, while also challenging you and holding you accountable each step of the way. I will guide you to begin quieting the negative and critical inner voice that sabotages you every time you try to move to the next level of success. I will guide and encourage you to become a more frequent observer of this inner critical voice.
Together, we will begin to distinguish between this critical voice, the Saboteur, and that of your divine inner sage. These are just a few of the first steps towards realizing your goals and dreams, no matter what! At the end of each coaching session, you will have important nuggets to consider and reflect on throughout the week.

Identify what things are going well, and choose something you would like to improve on. Being honest is an important piece of personal accountability. If your personal performance is not up to par, don’t judge yourself, but acknowledge what’s holding you back from your full potential and make a plan to change it.
